BedRug Classic Bed Liner, BedRug Impact Bed Liner

BedRug bed liners cover the truck bed floor, side walls, bulkhead and tailgate. Each one is cut for a specific make, model and bed length. The Classic Bed Liner uses a 100 percent polypropylene surface over a 3/4-inch foam pad. The Impact Bed Liner pairs a rubberized TPO floor and tailgate mat with soft-touch polypropylene sides. Both attach with hook-and-loop fasteners, so no drilling or sanding is needed. Common applications include the Ford F-150, Ram 1500 and Chevy Silverado. Browse bed liners by truck to see your fit.

The Impact Bed Mat is designed for beds with a spray-in liner or no liner at all. The Drop-In Universal Bed Mat is a cut-to-fit sheet made for trucks with a plastic drop-in liner. Common fits include the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado. Enter your truck to see matching mats.

About BedRug

1994: The company opens for business. BedRug began by making TPO foam composites in Old Hickory, Tennessee. That materials work led to its flagship truck bed liner, which pairs a foam base with polypropylene carpeting. Old Hickory is still on RealTruck's list of manufacturing and distribution sites today.

2008 - 2009
The BedRug Mat display took the SEMA Best New Merchandising Display award at the 2008 SEMA Show. BedRug by Wise also picked up Best New Exterior Accessory Product in the same round for BedTred. SEMA ran the full winners list in its 2008 eNews, and the same line-up was covered again in 2009.
2009
THI, the parent company of Extang and TruXedo, bought BedRug's assets from Wise Industries Inc. The deal was backed by private equity firm Kinderhook Industries. SEMA reported the acquisition, and the purchase is also recorded on the state's Made in Tennessee profile.
2010
BedRug received its ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certifications on January 5. ISO 9001 sets an international standard for a quality management system, and TS 16949 adds the extra requirements the automotive industry needs. Both certifications are listed on the state's Made in Tennessee profile.
2012
Kits for the Jeep Wrangler arrived. BedRug launched fully custom-molded, die-cut liner sets for the Wrangler TJ and JK, sold under the BedRug and BedTred names.
Today
BedRug sits inside the RealTruck family, which also owns brands such as Husky Liners, Extang and TruXedo. Truck Hero took the RealTruck name in July 2022, and RealTruck lists Ann Arbor, Michigan as its global headquarters. Some products are assembled in Tennessee using globally sourced materials, so check each product page for country of origin before saying every BedRug item is made in the USA.

Engineered Performance

Benefits of BedRug

Closed-cell composite construction delivers knee-friendly comfort, impact absorption, and paint protection.

01 / DENT DEFENSE

Impact protection

A 3/4-inch closed-cell foam pad works like a shock absorber. It softens the hit from dropped tools, cargo and equipment, so dents and dings are far less likely.

3/4" Closed-Cell Foam Pad
02 / ERGONOMICS

Comfort and grip

The non-skid surface stops cargo from sliding around, and it is much easier on your knees than bare metal or hard plastic.

Non-Skid Polypropylene Surface
03 / NO MODS

No-drill, paint-safe install

BedRug attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners. That means no drilling, no sanding and no damage to your bed finish. Most installs take about 30 minutes with basic hand tools.

30-Minute Hook-and-Loop Install
04 / CHEMICAL RESIST

Weather and chemical resistance, easy cleanup

The material resists UV rays, oil, gasoline, bleach and battery acid. The foam does not soak up water and will not grow mold or mildew. Clean it with a hose, a power washer or a vacuum.

Gas, Bleach & Acid Proof
05 / CUSTOM VEHICLE FIT

Made to fit and made to move

Most BedRug truck bed liners are cut or molded for a specific vehicle. They keep factory tie-downs and two-tier loading systems usable, and they work with tonneau covers, caps and bed extenders. If your next truck is the exact same model and bed size, the liner can go with you but removing it from the original truck ends the limited lifetime warranty.

BedRug FAQs

Everything you need to know about BedRug installation, maintenance, and warranty.

Spray it with a hose or a power washer, or vacuum it. Use soap and a brush for tough dirt. It dries in about 20 minutes.

No. It sticks on with Velcro. No drilling, no sanding, no damage.

About 30 minutes. You only need simple tools. The alcohol wipes and Velcro strips come in the box.

Yes. Buy the Spray-In Adhesion Kit ($19.95). It gives you 14 extra Velcro strips and a glue helper.

Yes. You can still reach your tie-downs, and it fits with tonneau covers, caps, extenders and cargo systems. It does not cover the top edges (rails) of the bed.

If the material or the work is faulty, they fix it. It lasts as long as you own the truck or van. You cannot pass it to a new owner. Jeep parts: 3 years. Call 800-462-8435.

No. The foam does not soak up water, so no mold or mildew. Water runs out through the drain holes.

In Madison, Tennessee. But the materials come from around the world, so do not say it is 100% American-made.

Classic is soft carpet-like plastic all over. Impact has a rubbery TPO mat on the floor and tailgate, soft sides, and a gap guard to block dirt.

Only if the new truck is the exact same model and bed size. Also, taking it out cancels the warranty.
